Water is necessary to our life. From the moment we get up, we need water in all aspects.
When we get up, it's beneficial for us to drink a cup of salt water. In the morning, the moisture in our body is very low and the blood concentration will increase. We'd better drink a cup of salt water with an empty stomach. It can not only complement the moisture in our body, but also promote metabolism and excretion of body wastes.
Using warm boiling water to brush our teeth and rinse mouth since it can protect our teeth and reduce the incidence of odontopathy.
When we wash our face, cold water is the best choice for us. Using cold water to wash your face can accelerate facial blood circulation, enhance skin elasticity and reduce wrinkle. Meanwhile, using cold water to wash face has a stimulating effect on our brain and clams the minds.
When we wash our feet, we should use hot water. As we know our feet have many acupuncture point, if we stimulate them regularly, it can prevent and treat diseases. Hot water can promote blood vasodilation and circulation. It has an obvious effect on removing fatigue and improving sleep.
It's better for our health if we drink a cup of plain boiled water before sleeping. Drinking a cup of plain boiled water before sleeping can improve digestion and increase circulation. It's especially good for the elderly.
Water is the essential substance to our body. It has three important functions. Water is an important substance which can form the body. Water centralizedly distributes in cells, organizations and various pipelines, which play an important role in forming cells, tissue fluid, blood plasma and so on. Water can complement nutrition and participate in numerous kinds of metabolisms in our body. Besides, water can help us digestion and absorb nutrition. In a word, we should drink more water in our daily life if we want to keep healthy.
