No.1 Milk with an acid taste is yoghurt
There is a wide range of yoghurts in the market. Sometimes, we don't know whether those yoghurts are yogurt drinks, so you may buy some yogurt drinks. In fact, yoghurts are a kind of milk that is fermented by lactic acid starters. They're milk essentially. But the yogurt drinks is a kind of drink adding with acidity additive and they're not milk. The biggest difference between them is their nutrient contents. The nutrient value of yogurt drinks is far lower than yogurts. We can drink yogurt drinks as the best drinks to quench thirst and relieve the heat, but we should use them to replace yogurts and milk.
No.2 Yogurts are better than milk
As we know yogurts are fermented by milk, so most people consider that fermented yogurts are more nutrient than milk. In terms of nutrition, they don't have many differences. But we have to say yogurts are more digestive and absorptive than milk. The nutrition of yogurts can be fully absorbed by our body. In addition, since our body is lack of lactase which can digest lactose contained in milk, it will influence the digestion, absorption and use of milk. Some people may have an upset stomach and diarrhea after drinking milk. If you have this symptom, you can use yogurts replacing milk. People who can't digest lactose don't mean they can't drink milk. If they drink milk with some starch class foods, they will not get an upset stomach.
