It’s a protracted battle for women to delay growing old. Most women consider anti-aging their whole lives. In fact, if we notice some small details in our daily life, we can be easy to delay growing old and keep beautiful. Here are some tips to help you delay growing old and retain youth.
We should notice to absorb various nutritive elements. First, we should pay attention to the intake of proteins since it can guarantee the life vitality and life activities in an orderly way. It can not only lower blood pressure, buffer anaemia and improve the synthesis of antibody, but also prevent colds and strengthen the functions of liver and spleen. The most common foods containing proteins are eggs, fish, milk, dairy, nuts and beans. 
Second, we should notice the intake of various vitamins, especially vitamin E since they can eliminate free radicals and delay growing old. The foods that contain vitamins are malt, soybean, spinach, red cabbage and nuts. We can also eat some foods contains lycopene such as tomatoes, eggplant, watermelon and grapefruit since they’re beneficial to anti-aging. There are also many other foods that contribute to anti-aging such as black rice, black beans, black fungus since they contain anthocyanin, which can delay growing old. The darker color they are, the better effects they have. Some women are confused by constipation and fat. If they want to solve those problems, the best way is to take in enough fibrin. Fibrin has a better effect on relaxing the bowels, expelling of toxin, reducing blood fat and preventing and treating obesity. The foods that contain rich fibrins are bamboo shoots, hot peppers, mushrooms, tremellas, agarics, cherries, Chinese dates, pomegranates, apples and Chinese pears.
Absorbing enough nutritive elements can not only provide a good health to us, but also help us delay growing old. Though we’re growing old gradually, we can defer senescence by eating various foods. Those nutritive elements have an effective function on anti-aging.
