Dos and donts for women before sleeping


Sleep has a close relationship with our health, work and study. A good sleep can adjust physiological functions of our body and maintain the autonomic nervous system function; a bad sleep can make us feel woozy and listless. No matter in which season, good sleep is very important to our health and work. Let learn some do and donts before sleeping. I believe you can benefit a lot from them.
Dos.1 Go for a walk before sleeping
We can go for a walk for 20 minutes before sleeping inside. It can calm down our feeling and relax our mind and body. It’s a better way to help you fall asleep.
Dos.2 Use warm water for foot bath
We’d better use warm water for foot bath for 15-20 minutes before going to sleep. It can keep us promote vasodilation and blood's circulation.
Dos.3 Brush your teeth before going to bed
After eating foods for a whole day, there are various food residues on our teeth. Brushing our teeth before going to bed can not only protect our teeth, but also help you fall asleep quickly.
Donts.1 Eat too much at dinner
We should reduce stomach burden before we go to sleep, so we’d better not eat too much before sleeping.
Donts.2 Over entertainment
We’d better not watch stimulating TV programs and hear stimulating music, so we should keep peaceful and not over entertainment before going to bed.
Donts.3 Drink strong tea and coffee before going to bed
Caffeinated soft drinks will stimulate our nerves. It can not only increase the voided volume at night, but also influence the quality of sleep if we drink caffeinated soft drinks before going to bed.
Excepting for those tips, we can also eat some nutrient health care that are beneficial to our sleep. Only having a good sleep can we have a good sprite and feel optimistic all the time. Good sleep lays a solid foundation for our work and study.
