After absorbed by our body, it will improve immunity. Mushroom can also stimulate our body generating interferon and eradicate the virus in our body. Therefore, mushroom can prevent colds.
The three advantage of mushroom is that they can help us losing weight. Though mushroom contains lots of nutrient ingredients such as inanimate matter, vitamins and protein, they have lower calories. You will never gain weight if you eat them regularly. Besides, mushroom is high in plant cellulose, which can prevent constipation and reduce the level of cholesterol in our blood. Mushroom contains more vitamin C, which is higher than some fruit and can promote the body's metabolism.
