The nutritional value of different fruits

1. Banana


Eating bananas can dispel people’s dramatic and anxious emotion, making them keeping a peaceful and happy feeling. The weak people shouldn’t eat too many bananas, nor to the person with bad stomach.

2. Strawberry

Strawberries contain rich Vitamins. Eating strawberries can build people’s patience since strawberries can be easily polluted. So, before you eat them, you’d better clean them clearly. You can use water clean them at first and then soak them into salt water for 5-10 minutes and cold boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Only in this way can you eat clean strawberries.
3. Grapes


Grapes are very suitable for lazy people. It’s healthier for you if you eat them with peel and seeds. The peel and seeds of grapes has more nutrition than grapes meat. The reason why red wine has a better health care effect than white wine is because they’re brewing with grapes skins. Some researchers find grapes seeds contain rich OPC which can increase people’s immunization and delay growing old.
4. Pear


Pears not only contain adequate moisture and plentiful vitamin A, B, C, D, E, but also have trace element iodine. Pears can keep our cell organizations in good health and help our organs expel and purify of toxin. In addition, it can also soften of vascular and increase the blood circulation, which can transport more calcium to our skeleton. Therefore, in order to get a better absorbtion, we should eat pears slowly. Though pears contain adequate moisture and vitamins, the weak and puerperas shouldn’t eat too many pears. 
5. Peaches



Peaches have rich nutrition, especially high in ferrum. It’s the ideal therapeutic fruits to iron deficiency anaemia patients. It’s very suitable for people in summer since it can relieve summer heat and quench one's thirst, clear away heat and detoxify purging lung. Therefore, it’s very suitable for lunger.
6. Pineapple



Pineapple contains a unique enzyme, which can break down protein. If you eat too much meat, eating pineapple is good for your digestion.
