How to stay up late while not hurting our health


In modern society, it’s very common for people to work overtime very often. I believe most people have to work overtime in their daily work. Good health has laid a solid foundation for us to do everything we want to do. Owning a good health, we can make money and enjoy life. Then how to stay up late while not hurting our health? I believe every person has this experience. After staying up all night, we will feel more tired and weakness all over on next day. In our daily life or work, it’s common for us to stay up late. Therefore, we’d better learn some ways to avoid hurting our health when we stay up late.

We’d better sleep before 1 AM. The 23:00 to the next day 2:00 is the good time for our body sleep and our liver work. If you’re still awake, your liver will be tired. From 2:00 to 3:00, we begin deepest sleep. Critically ill patients are easy to get ill at this time, so if you have to stay up, don’t exceed this time.

When we moisturize, we should drink cold tea. We’re used to eating too much at dinner, which will increase the intake of fat, so we’d better drink cold tea to nourish body such as chrysanthemum tea, chelonian Ling and sweet-sour plum juice.

We should sleep as soon as possible after staying up late. If you have spare time on next day, you can sleep sometimes and you should go to bed earlier compared to ordinary times.

We can also prepare some appropriate foods for dinner when we need to stay up late. When we need to stay up late, we should eat light meal. It’s better for us to eat foods that contain plentiful proteins, inorganic salt and vitamins. In addition, if you feel angry at night, you can eat some salads or fruits.
